Eligibility for Returns

Window Film Products: We accept returns for window film products under the following conditions:

– The product is unused and in its original packaging.

– The return request is made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

– Proof of purchase is provided.

Installation Services: We accept returns for installation services under the following conditions:

– The customer reports any issues within 7 days of the installation date.

– The issues are directly related to the quality of the installation work.

Return Process

– Window Film Products: To initiate a return for window film products, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email.

2. Package the product securely, including the RA number and/or proof of purchase.

3. Ship the product to our designated address.

4. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will process your refund or replacement.

Note: Items must be in its original condition and packaging.

Installation Services: If you encounter issues with our installation services, please contact us within the specified timeframe. We will work with you to assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund or Replacement

Window Film Products: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as requested. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and replacements will be shipped promptly. Refunds can take between 3-7 working days to appear in your bank statement depending on your method of payment.

Installation Services: In the case of issues related to our installation services, we will work with you to rectify the problem to your satisfaction.

Exceptions

Custom or special order window film products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
